A logbook for tracking your progress on the CrossFit Benchmarks. It's organized by WOD for easy reference and includes the Girls, Heroes, Some common named WODs, 1 Rep Max Lifts, and Monostructural workouts. We bound it with a special cover so that you can use the back of the book, with a dry-erase marker to keep the count during AMRAP type WODs like Cindy, or the score during FGB.
